Stafford Rugby Club's kitchen has been awarded a 5-star rating for food hygiene by the Food Standards Agency (FSA).
The Blackberry Lane club, which boasts state of the art sports and conferencing facilities, was handed the highest rating under the guidance of new Chef, Anouska.
Anouska has also introduced a new bar menu, which is proving popular with club members and visitors, and the Rugby Club say that the chef is keen to keep the menu fresh and is constantly reviewing the choices.
General Manager, Dave Ellement, said:
"It’s great to see Stafford Rugby Club being awarded the 5-star hygiene rating.
Chef has done an amazing job achieving the top rating."
Stafford Rugby Club, located near to Stafford station and the town centre, is available for hire and with 3 well equipped function rooms, can accommodate up to 180 guests.
