My names Georgie and I will be on air every Tuesday evening encouraging you to share all of the things that you are grateful for whilst sharing all that I am grateful for with you!
Intrusive thoughts, self doubt, worries and anxiety can often dominate our daily thoughts and with more and more studies emerging that heavily support the fact that our thoughts really do shape us and our outcomes both personally and professionally it's important we make time each day to refocus our attention to positivity.
Whether you struggle to reframe your thoughts from positive to negative, can't find the time to really reflect on what you have to be grateful for or are an absolute pro at being grateful I want to hear from you!
