The Enchantress (Wendy Abrahams) starts the fun in the wonderful cheerie Panto. It is full of laughs, amazing one liners and flamboyant costumes.
The show takes you to a land of bright colors and crazy costumes.
Theo The Mouse is his usual cheeky self and adds a lovely funny edge for all
the children with a touch of adult humor too.
Headliner Mark Rhodes is just brilliant as French Frank,
I found myself really believing in his laughter and smiling along with him
at the comedy moments. There are some call out, laugh out loud points in the
show that he delivers expertly.
Belle played by Celyn Cartwright has an amazing voice balanced with a confident
performance and plays the role perfectly with a balance of Mary Poppins magic
and the right dash of humor!
Jonathan Alden is The Beast, and is the perfect match for Belle their singing duo
is particularly beautiful
Phipps-Davis (Dame Madeline Marzipan) is nothing short of fabulous his well-timed
and often ad-libbed humour makes the show!
When he is teamed with Mark Rhodes, they provide some of the standout moments.
I cannot imagine his dressing room it must be huge to
store such an array of spectacular costumes!
Not forgetting Neil Moors as baddie Benedict Bourbon and the brilliant Wink Taylor as madcap inventor Professor Potage who both add to the sparkle of the performance.
Beauty and The Beast is a must-see feel-good Panto you cannot help but come out of theGatehouse with a smile on your face.
